I really, really like the Kamana.org site! There's so much information, so many pictures and stories and - what I love best - the video material. This truly is a connection for me, it feels like Jon or Dan or whoever's on the vid is talking to me directly - it is encouraging, and it helps on the way, and it's fun. So, thanks to all of you!

"Let me say without reservation that
Kamana is one of the finest and most enjoyable education programs that
I have ever been in. You have given me priceless gifts. Gifts of not
just knowledge, but awareness. The list of things I have learned and
skills I have gained is very long and includes things I've wanted to do
all my life. It has given me a glimpse of the peace, awareness and
contentment that lies within..."
-E.C., Kamana student
"The
whole program is flexible enough to fit into most any schedule. The
sense of accomplishment I felt every day was awesome. To have this
program in my life has brought the kid out in me that's been itching
for so long to come out and continue what I was so passionate about."

"Kamana is a supportive, structured program
for learning the language of nature. I found it opened my awareness and
deeply changed my perceptions. I highly recommend it to all who want to
learn to be a home in the natural world."

"Your approach and attitude is unusual, rare
and much needed at this time. Your teaching style is very powerful and
really makes me want to learn. I have been shown a new way of looking
at things, a way which has changed my life. Each lesson is approached
with much respect towards the people you learned from, and your passion
is reflected in all the material you present. The lessons are clear and
accessible. It is a very challenging program and I like the fact that I
had to do the work. The material sank in deeper and more profoundly
this way - a very practical and applicable format."
-Dave Franklin, Kamana Four graduate
The Kamana program has given me the routines
I needed to become a naturalist. It has also given me a
self-sufficiency in my studies of the natural world and the tools to
pass on the information to others."
