Community Building
This forum is a place where you can introduce yourself and your sit spot. Whatever you care to share about yourself is great. Also adding a brief description of your sit spot will be inspiring. The community wants to know!
Please include where you live in your title. It will help people in similar areas get to know one another! A little sit spot introduction goes a long way, too. When you're done here don't forget to create a member profile.

The Awareness Trail
This is the core routine of Kamana. It is also the most challenging thing for people to maintain. Use this forum to discuss different aspects of your sit spot.
Discuss the Sense Meditation, Thanksgiving, Finding Your Natural Gift, Walking in a Sacred Manner, Massaging with the Senses, and Medicine Driver and anything else Awareness Trail related!
The Resource Trail
This is a place to discuss journals and the challenges and successes you are having with them.
Post field guides for your region. Please list title and author and which bio-region you are in.
Use this forum to discuss mystery tracks, plants, trees, mushrooms or anything else that you want to figure out. Coyote mentoring is welcome.
International Kamana Discussions
A place for International Kamana Students to help each other out and converse about the different aspects of Kamana.
Share what field guides, websites and other resources you are using for your country.
This forum is where international students can share about how they are proceeding with Kamana in another country than the program was written about. See our International Students category for more information.
Technical Stuff
This forum is for technological difficulties with the site that would be helpful for others to hear about as well. For other questions use the "Contact Us" link at the top of this page.
